Please note the following:
The MQF Level on the Letter of acceptance is not required for English Language courses and not even the number of ECTS.
Documents need to be translated by an official translator from the following list:

If you are applying for a Visa from abroad you need to apply at least 9 weeks before your course start date. We would recommend between 10 and 12 weeks to allow enough processing time for your Visa.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you apply for a VFS appointment yourself and not through the school you are requested to inform us by sending us the appointment letter so that we can inform Identita about your Visa application.

Visa admin fee (only for students extending their Visa in Malta) Euro 50 to be paid in cash at school once we start your Visa process.
How to apply for a Visa when in Malta:
Step 1:
Please advise our Admin office about your Visa application and send us your email address, biodata page of your passport and mobile phone number so we can obtain your reference number to be able to submit your online application.
Step 2:
All documents need to be sent by email to [email protected] (the school’s department responsible for Visa extension for students attending courses in Malta) . Please include the following in the subject line of your e-mail: Name + Surname Visa Application. There is a Visa admin fee of Euro 50 which needs to be paid at the school if the student wishes that he/she will be assisted throughout the process.
Step 3:
The documents need to be submitted online and once done students will receive an email from Identity Malta requesting the Euro 100 government fee payment.
Step 4:
You will receive another email from Identita requesting that you take in your passport and 2 passport photos.
When your Visa is ready you can pick up your passport from the address below:

Applying for a Visa from abroad:
You will need to apply for a VFS appointment (if a VFS centre is available in your country) or use a VFS centre in a neighbouring country: https://identita.gov.mt/central-visa-unit-services-extended-service/
We can either book a VFS appointment for you at a fee of Euro 150 + Euro 30 admin fee or you can book a VFS appointment online yourself via the VFS website in your country however it is very important that you inform us when booking an appointment so that we can inform Identita about your Visa application. It is important that you send us a copy of your appointment letter by email [email protected] if you book your own appointment via the VFS website. Failure to do so may result in your Visa being refused.
