After filling the application form please send us a passport sized photo so that we can issue your student card. Please send the photo as an attachment to [email protected].

You may wish to send us an email to[email protected] with a copy of your passport, start date, type of course, type of accommodation (residence, homestay, apartments, hotel) you wish to book and arrival and departure flight details if you’re booking airport transfers with us (flight details also required if you’re booking accommodation without airport transfers). A deposit needs to be paid upon booking and can be paid by card online: https://gatewayschoolofenglish.flywire.com (invoice number is your name+surname 001) . Our Admin Team will then get in touch with you confirming your booking.
