Spring has sprung and summer is round the corner
There’s never a better time to brush up on you English at the Gateway School of English than spring, when the flowers bloom and the warm Mediterranean sun starts to embrace the ancient islands of Malta. This time of year, not only offers ideal weather for exploring especially for the adventurous type of student, but it also helps us create an ideal environment for an exceptional learning experience that goes beyond the traditional classroom environments. Students can enjoy their free time outdoors and practise their English beyond classroom hours.
Learning English at Gateway School of English is always an unmatched experience thanks to the school’s professional teachers, teaching styles and methodologies, and a calendar full of free time activities. At our English language school in Malta we don’t confine language education only to the classrooms but we consider it also a journey that takes you across the stunning island of Malta.

Summer is also round the corner and we encourage all students who are planning to study with us in June, July and August to book early as this is one of the busiest times and therefore places are usually limited for this time of the year. It is also a great time for those families who wish to travel with their kids for summer holidays as GSE offers parent and child courses meaning parents can study with adults and children can also take our young learner / children’s English courses which are available all year round. In Summer classes for kids are held at the San Gwann primary school , only 12 minutes’ walk from the main adult centre and close by to the school’s accommodation: the GSE residence.
Summer is also popular with teenagers and a lot of teens and children choose Gateway School of English GSE. Lessons from June all through September are held at the San Gwann Primary school, nearby our adult school and this is the centre we use for kids 4 to 10 years and the junior teens programme for children aged between 11 and 17 years.
