English courses this Christmas and December in Malta
At Gateway School of English GSE we love Christmas! We love the end of the year, the season that brings joy and happiness as we reflect on the year that is about to end and we look ahead with excitement to the one that is about to begin.
Christmas also starts early at GSE as we have already decked our halls with holly and Christmas bunting decorations to get our students into the positive Christmas atmosphere that the Maltese islands offer.
Our English language school in St Julian’s is open during the Christmas holidays including Christmas week and New Year’s week and lessons held as usual Monday to Friday except on Christmas Day (25th December) and New Year’s Day (1st January) as both are public holidays in Malta.
We create the perfect home-away-from-home atmosphere for parents and children who choose December as their family holiday destination to learn English and visit the islands. Parents can book young learner courses with other kids of different nationalities as GSE offers English classes for children all year round and Christmas time is also popular for family programmes whereby both parents and kids can study together, in different groups according to ages and level of English but having the same timetable meaning they will start and finish at the same time. During the month of December families also have the opportunity to spend their free time with other families visiting places such as Valletta and Mdina, Malta’s new and old capital cities respectively.
Another popular course during the month of December is our 50 plus programme for students who wish to study in groups with mature students who are aged 50 and over. This programme is held over Christmas week and New Year’s week and is ideal for senior students who wish to experience Christmas and the festive season in Malta with other students their age and spend their fee time practising English while visiting places on one or many of the tours we organise for students attending the 50+ programme in Malta.
